Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset schedules and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Calculate monthly depreciation and track capital project costs.
• Manage indirect cost allocations and support the annual indirect cost proposal.
• Reconcile assigned GL accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries.
• Own the month-end close process.
• Support AP, payroll, and AR functions, and assist with the annual financial audit.
