This full-time hybrid role involves preparing and posting journal entries, assisting with month-end close, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. You will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide documentation for audits and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
