Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or actively pursuing one).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash receipts
• Handle purchase order to receipt matching
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and documentation of procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
