Addison Group is seeking an early-career Staff Accountant in OKC to build a solid accounting foundation while partnering with senior leaders. You will support multi-entity month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements, gaining exposure to AP/AR and cash-management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and the month-end close process.
• Prepare account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Record journal entries, accruals and other general-ledger activity.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management as needed.
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation and organized financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

This growing outsourced accounting firm is adding a Staff Accountant to the team. You’ll work closely with the Controller and CFO and get hands‑on experience supporting multiple legal entities, month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, AP/AR, and more.
