LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an international manufacturing company in Lake Mills, Wisconsin to hire a Staff Accountant. This role offers rapid growth as the company expands into a brand new HQ next year.

You will partner with the Controller on month-end close, assist with forecasting and budgeting, implement new accounting procedures, perform AR reconciliations, analyze inventory GL accounts, and support other accounting functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1+ years accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Job Duties:

Job Qualifications:

• 1+ years accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
