Quad, a global marketing experiences company, is seeking a Staff Accountant in Wisconsin to support monthly close, reconciliations, and internal controls. You will help prepare quarterly filings and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least two years in corporate accounting, with strong Excel skills and accuracy. CPA is a plus; international accounting experience is beneficial.

The Staff Accountant supports the organization's financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, and analysis activities. This role is responsible for assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes; preparing account reconciliations and balance sheet analyses; supporting international accounting and statutory audit requirements; and contributing to the preparation of quarterly publicly filed financial statements. This role ensures financial information is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with U.S. GAAP, applicable statutory requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, internal controls, and corporate policies. This position partners with accounting, finance, international operations, internal audit, and other business stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide meaningful financial insights.
The Staff Accountant operates within the corporate accounting and financial reporting function and has responsibility for supporting the integrity and timeliness of financial information across the organization.
