Job summary

Dead River Company invites applications for a Staff Accountant based in South Portland, ME. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two remote, with a salary range of $56,000-$85,000 based on experience.

You will own general ledger activities, support monthly and year-end closes, and help prepare financial reports. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of accounting experience are preferred, along with strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills.
