Job summary

Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with a West LA real estate company to recruit a Staff Accountant (A/P) to join their team. This onsite, in-office role offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on accurate payables processing and timely vendor communications.

You will handle full cycle AP, reconcile statements, and work with Yardi Voyager to maintain records. Strong Excel skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Full cycle accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of debits and credits.
• Real estate experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets and formulas).
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager.
• Experience with bank reconciliations is a plus.
