The Staff Accountant is a key member of Ritter Center’s Finance team and performs a broad range of accounting responsibilities that support accurate financial reporting and effective day-to-day operations. The role has a particular emphasis on month-end close, general ledger accounting, payroll, client funds administration, and accounts payable. It also provides meaningful exposure to the full accounting cycle within a mission-driven nonprofit organization. The Staff Accountant works closely with the Controller and other members of the Finance team, as well as Human Resources, program and administrative staff, external consultants, and vendors.
