Job summary

Radchem Products, Inc. in the Chicago suburbs is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle daily vendor bill processing and customer invoicing.

You will prepare invoices from sales orders and manage pass-through charges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include monitoring incoming vendor bills, following up on delays, resolving discrepancies with internal teams, and entering finalized bills into the accounting system.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate and deliver customer invoices based on sales orders
• Generate and deliver customer invoices for pass-through charges
• Vendor Bill Processing
• Monitor receipt of vendor bills from suppliers, carriers, and service providers
• Follow up on delayed supplier and carrier bills and escalate appropriately
• Address bill discrepancies to corresponding departments and follow up to resolution
• Enter finalized bills accurately in accounting system
