GH Adv in Pittsburgh seeks an Audit & Accounting Staff Accountant with 2–5 years of public accounting experience to join our Assurance & Accounting Department. You will gain meaningful client exposure and work directly with firm leadership across audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, CPA licensure pursuit, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Audit & Accounting Staff Accountant with two to five years of public accounting experience to join our growing Assurance & Accounting Department. Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Two to five years of public accounting experience
• Demonstrated competency in audit, accounting, financial reporting, and client service responsibilities
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Active pursuit of CPA licensure with demonstrated progress toward certification
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Successful completion of one or more sections of the CPA Examination
• Experience with audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Experience serving privately held companies, nonprofit organizations, or employee benefit plans
• Familiarity with accounting and audit software applications
