Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Audit & Accounting Staff Accountant with two to five years of public accounting experience to join our growing Assurance & Accounting Department. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional to gain meaningful client exposure, work directly with firm leadership, and develop technical expertise through participation in audit, review, compilation, accounting, and consulting engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting foundation, demonstrated competency in public accounting, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to pursuing CPA licensure. This individual should be interested in building a long-term career in public accounting within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Active pursuit of CPA licensure with demonstrated progress toward certification

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
  • Successful completion of one or more sections of the CPA Examination
