Freshmax Americas LLC in Pasadena, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 2–5 years of experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing transactions in a timely manner; support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures.
