Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Orlando seeks an organized accounting professional to manage cash reconciliation, month-end close, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting. You will ensure accurate A/R, A/P, cash, and inventory processes while supporting quarterly balance sheets and year-end audits.

Bachelor's with 2–4 years of related experience or HS with 5–7+ years of experience is required; Master's or CPA is preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement, and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements daily.
• Prepare month-end financial schedules and reports.

• Ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory.
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and intercompany cross charges.
• Support quarterly balance sheets and year-end audits.
• Possibly work weekends/evenings and travel as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
• Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
• Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
• Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
