Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant

• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports
• Compile and analyze financial information to support accurate reporting
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing and vendor communication
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, billing, collections, and account reconciliations
• Support budget planning and ongoing budget management activities
• Assist with year-end close processes and preparation for annual audits
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and reporting deadlines

Qualifications For The Staff Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• 2-3 years of accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Microsoft Excel skills required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
