Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Complete balance-sheet and general-ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support financial reporting and account analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Help prepare schedules and documentation for audits.
• Maintain fixed-asset and prepaid-expense schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Partner with other departments to research and resolve accounting questions.
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities as the company grows.
