Job summary

CQ Medical in Kentucky is seeking an accounting professional to prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close processes.

You will analyze financial data, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure GAAP compliance while collaborating with other departments and supporting audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Two plus years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (Infor XA, or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
