Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a finance professional in Illinois to perform daily cash reconciliations, month-end close activities, and fixed asset maintenance. The role supports A/R, A/P, intercompany, and audit processes within a dynamic beverage distribution environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2–4 years, or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years experience; Master’s or CPA is preferred. Flexible hours and occasional travel may apply.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements daily.
• Prepare month-end financial schedules and reports.
• Maintain Fixed Assets records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits.
• Ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions.
• Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile intercompany charges.
• Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit processes.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings and possible travel.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
