Key Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant
- Perform account reconciliations and validate financial data against source systems
- Research and resolve discrepancies and outstanding reconciling items
- Support cash application and transaction review activities
- Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to resolve accounting issues
- Maintain accurate financial records while meeting established deadlines and reporting requirements
Qualifications For The Staff Accountant
- 1–5 years of accounting, finance, accounts receivable, reconciliation, or related experience
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
- Experience working with financial data, reconciliations, and transaction analysis
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Schedule
- Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and remote Fridays
