Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant for a local accounting firm. The role involves preparing tax returns, client discussions, and overall bookkeeping under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree or equivalent and strong knowledge of federal and state taxation, with experience reviewing tax returns. A full benefits package and bonuses are offered.

• General bookkeeping needs including preparing journal entries for clients.
• Understanding and use of tax software, electronic filing system, analytical/data mining software and other software as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
