Job summary

Accounting Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. You will maintain financial records, perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks, and handle payroll/tax filings while assisting with tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Ideal candidates hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, have prior accounting experience, and possess strong organizational and communication skills to serve clients professionally.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online required.
• Experience with payroll and tax preparation is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
