The Opportunity

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity by preparing and managing financial records, tracking assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other related financial activities. This position offers the chance to grow with a company that is constantly evolving and investing in its people.

Key Responsibilities

Issue invoices and manage accounts receivable.

Assist in maintaining the general ledger.

Reconcile bank account feeds daily.

Perform general cost accounting and other related duties.

Execute general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents for various transactions.

Reconcile various general ledger accounts.

Provide assistance to outside auditors, gathering necessary account information and documents for annual audits.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

At least 3 years of related accounting experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Solid knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.

A strong understanding of and the ability to adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Experience with NetSuite is a significant plus.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required.
