Overview

Position: Principal Account Executive at Anderson Frank

Pay range: This range is provided by Tenth Revolution Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger (GL) accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including vendor invoice coding, payment processing, and vendor communication
• Assist with the month-end close, including accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports
• Ensure all financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies and GAAP
• Support internal and external audits as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all accounting activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
• Exposure to month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency environments a plus
