About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our client's growing finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals, hands‑on experience with daily financial operations, and the professionalism to collaborate effectively across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to accurate financial reporting and smooth month‑end processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and payment posting
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing and resolve related inquiries
  • Help maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting or similar roles
  • Proficient in NetSuite and QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
