Qualifications

• 0–4+ years of accounting experience.
• Background in Big4 or large regional public accounting strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or CPA track preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and financial reporting for assigned operating entities/practices.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and operating reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting; partner with operational leaders to provide insights.
• Assist with audit support and compliance requirements.
• Help identify process improvements as the organization scales.
