• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Analyze financial results and help explain trends and period-over-period changes
• Partner with teams across the business to resolve accounting questions and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist with annual audit requests and supporting schedules
• Help strengthen accounting processes, controls, and documentation as the organization grows
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring work and improve efficiency
• Take on additional accounting projects as needed
