What You'll Actually Do

• Project Invoicing: Manage customer invoicing by coordinating requirements, monitoring contract billing, and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Expense Tracking: Analyze and track project-related expenses to maintain cost visibility, financial accuracy, and alignment with established project budgets.
• Performance Reporting: Develop, update, and maintain reporting tools and spreadsheets that provide insights into operational performance, project activity, and financial results.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to address payment inquiries, documentation needs, account discrepancies, and other project-related issues.
• Project Lifecycle Support: Assist with various project lifecycle activities, including financial tracking, account reconciliations, closeout support, and final project reporting.
