Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and classify vendor invoices by project and cost type.
• Support job costing and project cost tracking.
• Maintain accounting data within Viewpoint Spectrum.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Provide general accounting support as needed.
• Follow established accounting procedures while learning construction-specific best practices.
