As a key member of the finance team, you’ll own cost analysis, financial close, and process improvement—while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive real operational efficiency. In short: you’ll matter here.
What You’ll Do
- Perform cost and variance analysis to support production and cost-saving initiatives
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and construction in progress (CIP)
- Lead month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with internal and external audits
- Collaborate across departments to improve financial processes and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- (Associate’s degree considered with relevant experience)
- Manufacturing accounting experience is required (non-negotiable)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP—no smoke and mirrors)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not a dealbreaker
