Job summary

CFS in Mequon, WI is seeking an accounting professional to join the team as part of a 100% employee-owned, growing manufacturing company.

You'll assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger management, gaining broad exposure across accounting and finance while closely collaborating with the Accounting Manager. Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience with hands-on General Ledger work.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the month-end close and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare account reconciliations and support General Ledger management.
• Analyze overhead/burden rates to inform reporting and decisions.
• Provide backup for Accounts Payable/Receivable as needed.
• Assist with annual budgeting and other finance initiatives.

• Assist with the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
