Ledgent is seeking a Staff Accountant in Los Angeles with experience in bank, account and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and AP/AR processes to support month-end closing. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with department managers are essential.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of general accounting or equivalent experience
• Effective communication with department managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding work environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel (Advanced), Word and Outlook; VLOOKUPs are a must

Requirements

• BA or BS degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum two to five (2-5) years of general accounting or equivalent experience
• Able to communicate effectively with department managers.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Able to multi-task in a fast pace, demanding work environment.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word and Outlook). Advanced knowledge of Excel (V look ups, formulas, etc.) is a must
