Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant in Fresno, CA to support the finance team with a wide range of accounting tasks. The role requires a proactive professional with solid experience in accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and month-end close.

You will verify postings, prepare reports, analyze data, and help maintain internal controls while contributing to annual budgeting and financial forecasting.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as an accountant.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
• Advanced QuickBooks and MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

Requirements
