One Table Restaurant Brands in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Staff Accountant to support the Accounting and Finance team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepaids, and banking. You will work with the Controller, AP Manager, and Senior Accountant on key decisions and process improvements.

This role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and collaboration within a growing finance team; candidates should be adept with Excel, MS Office, and financial software tools.

Formación

• 1–2 years relative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF Formulas) and Word; proficiency in Google Docs.
• Intacct and/or Blackline knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage prepaid asset reporting, including additions, disposals, and monthly amortization calculations.
• Post period end inventory adjustments.
• Assist accounts payable in processing vendor invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Assist in daily statement and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Develop automations and efficiencies in existing procedures with the Finance team.
• Support staff in resolving financial related problems.
• Work on special assignments and projects as assigned.

Job Summary: The Staff Accountant supports the Accounting and Finance team and is integral to major financial accounting areas including accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepaids, and banking. This position will work closely with the entire finance team. This role will work with the Controller, Accounts Payable Manager, and Senior Accountant in determining and identifying key decisions and challenges, and encourage innovative ideas that are sound and progressive, challenging the status quo.

As the Staff Accountant, you are responsible for exemplifying the company culture as well as:

• Manage prepaid asset reporting, including additions, disposals, and monthly amortization calculations
• Post period end inventory adjustments
• Assist accounts payable in processing vendor invoices and manage vendor communications
• Assist in daily statement and bank reconciliations
• Performing month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Work with Finance team to develop automations and other efficiencies in existing procedures
• Support staff in resolving financial related problems
• Work with Accounting and Finance Teams on special assignments and projects as assigned

Qualifications requirements for this position include:

• 1-2 years relative experience
• Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, IF Formulas) andMicrosoft Word, also, proficiency in Google Docs
• Intacct and/or Blackline application knowledge a plus
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity to be able to analyze financial documents andhighlight potential issues / fraud
• Must have organizational skills, be detail orientated and be able to multitask
• Must have great communication skills, both written and oral

Abilities include:

• Lifting/carrying files and papers up to 10 pounds
• Stationary, seated position
