• Record asset, liability, investment, and loan transactions.
• Calculate depreciation and maintain fixed asset records.
• Process payroll and payroll tax filings.
• Assist with sales tax reporting.
• Support the preparation of 1040 and business tax returns.
• Coordinate tax payments and related documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and support client requests.
• Communicate financial information, engagement updates, and business matters.
• Maintain relationships with bankers, attorneys, investment advisors, and other third parties.
• Support insurance administration and other personal financial matters for clients.
• Research and coordinate purchases, vendors, and service providers on behalf of clients.
