Staff Accountant

$55-65k/year

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with managing the company's financial transactions related to vendor payments and expenses. Responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices accurately and timely
• Conducting bank reconciliations and correcting discrepancies
• Preparing payments via ACH and checks
• Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
• Monitoring expenses for tax purposes
• Supporting the accounting department in preparing financial statements
• Reconciling intercompany Accounts Receivable
• Reconciling company credit cards

Required skills and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
