Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion, Great Plains, SAP, or NetSuite) a plus.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Quick learner who can operate independently in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Perform vendor banking verifications
• Apply customer payments and assist with collection related activities
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Complete monthly account reconciliations in Oracle Fusion
• Support adhoc requests and projects as needed
• Contribute to process documentation and identify efficiency opportunities as the system and structure evolve

About The Role

T2 Systems, a leader in parking and mobility technology, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team on a full-time basis. This position plays a key role in supporting accounting operations and month end close.

The ideal candidate brings strong general accounting skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly learn new systems and processes. This role offers exposure to a variety of areas within Accounting and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement in a modern, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
