Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and post journal entries.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, reconciliations and month-end closes.
• Process AP/AR transactions, verify invoices and coding, and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support year-end audit preparation and reporting requirements.

What You'll Do

General Accounting

• Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Review accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support month‑end accounting processes

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process AP and AR transactions
• Verify invoice accuracy and coding
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist with financial statement preparation
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Enter and maintain budget data within accounting systems
• Help analyze financial data and business performance

Audit & Compliance

• Assist with year‑end audit preparation
• Support accounting projects and reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide support to payroll and accounting functions as needed
• Collaborate with team members across departments
• Assist with process improvements and special projects

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Experience

• 0–5 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Internship experience is highly valued
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Exposure to QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
