Job summary

CFS in Sunrise, FL is seeking an accounting professional to join a collaborative, high-performing team. This on-site role provides exposure to a broad range of accounting functions within a well-established organization with national retail presence.

You will prepare ad hoc reports, assist with AP, reconcile ledgers, and support audits while upholding GAAP. The position emphasizes work-life balance, generous benefits, and opportunities to grow within a company that values teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience; experience with organizations generating $100M+ in revenue is a plus.
• Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working with and analyzing high-volume transaction data.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and accounting schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable activities and weekly payment runs.
• Review and analyze financial information used in financial statement preparation.
• Perform reconciliations between subledgers and the general ledger.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and accounting variances.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial statement audits.
• Ensure revenues and expenses are properly recorded, classified, and analyzed.
• Provide support for brand-level and cost allocation activities.
