You will support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and QuickBooks data integrity, while helping streamline processes in a lean, entrepreneurial team.

This hands-on role offers cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to grow within a close-knit finance function.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and month-end close activities
• Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Assist with maintaining accurate financial information within QuickBooks
• Help troubleshoot and improve accounting processes and system integrations
• Support accounting for inventory and product-related transactions
• Assist with subledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Perform hands-on accounting and data entry as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline accounting processes
• Serve as a resource to the Staff Accountant and help strengthen the overall accounting function
• Work cross-functionally with employees throughout the organization
• Take on additional accounting and operational responsibilities in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
