Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with NetSuite experience to support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a fast‑paced financial services environment. This role will be responsible for general ledger activities, reconciliations, and assisting with month‑end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Assist with audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Analyze financial data to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations and finance teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4+ years of accounting experience
• Hands‑on NetSuite experience Highly Preferred (Not Required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in financial services, mortgage, or related industries
• Exposure to multi‑entity or high‑volume transaction environments
• Experience supporting audits and internal controls

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this role is $60,000–$70,000 per year. The selected candidate may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits, and the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
