Aston Carter is hiring a Staff Accountant for a contract-to-hire role in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include account and bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end close, posting monthly journal entries, and supporting financial reporting and audits.

The position is fully onsite in Los Angeles with benefits eligibility for a temporary role. Pay ranges from $30.00–$34.00 per hour.

Our Client in Downtown Los Angeles is looking a Staff Accountant with the following experience:

Description

Account Reconciliations, and bank reconciliations

Will assist in month close

Prepare and post monthly journal entries

Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data

Generate financial reports using an integrated system

Perform special projects as needed

Analyze financial results, including comparisons to forecasted results and trended results

Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management

Assist with year-end financial audit

Assist in compiling statistical and/or financial information for budget preparation

Pay and Benefits
