Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular financial reports.
• Prepare invoicing for cost reimbursement.
• Coordinate with the Finance Director and the AP Manager to assure that purchase orders are properly coded to the appropriate General Ledger account.
• Assist the AP Manager with developing and maintaining an approved updated vendor list.
• Coordinate, monitor and verify per capita distribution checks.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in finance, accounting or a related field and at least three (3) years of comparable accounting or AS degree and at least seven (7) years of comparable work experience.
