Reports to: Accounting Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to support our daily accounting operations with a specialized focus on Accounts Payable function. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, executing month-end and year-end closing cycles, and maintaining accuracy across assigned balance sheet accounts. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day AP workflows, assist in forecasting cash needs, and leverage AI tools to drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting. You will also lead or assist in finance/accounting projects that support senior management’s decision-making.
