Job summary

Perfect Blend, a Bellevue-based manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to own manufacturing and cost accounting processes. You will handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations on-site in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on manufacturing cost accounting and inventory.
• Strong general accounting skills, including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll or expense processing.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, internal controls, and standard financial reporting.

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll or expense processing.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, cost control principles, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, and standard financial reporting practices.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, to analyze and compare large data files using pivot tables, formulas, and other data tools.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and A.I.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple, strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while building confidence and credibility.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with co-workers.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements and work with management to implement them.
• Experience in agriculture or related industries is beneficial.
