Job summary

Perfect Blend, a Bellevue-based manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to own manufacturing and cost accounting processes. You will handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations on-site in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on manufacturing cost accounting and inventory.
• Strong general accounting skills, including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll or expense processing.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, internal controls, and standard financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, on-site Staff Accountant role-based in Bellevue, WA.
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including recording journal entries and reconciling bank and general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and support payroll and expense reporting.
• Manage manufacturing and cost accounting, including inventory accounting.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports and summaries.
• Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and manufacturing variances to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the operations, production, finance, and management teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial information.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, accounting process improvements, and special projects that support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
