Job summary

ACI Building Systems in Batesville, MS is seeking a Staff Accountant to support core accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with the month-end close.

You will process transactions in Dynamics 365, handle AP/AR, reconcile ledgers, prepare reports, assist audits, and collaborate with other departments. A Bachelor's in accounting or related field and Excel proficiency required; Dynamics 365 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record, process, and maintain financial transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment support
• Support accounts receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and aging analysis
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes; analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies
• Generate financial reports and assist with internal reporting needs
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data and resolve issues
• Other duties as assigned
