Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff Partner Development Sales Manager on the National Accounts team to act as a strategic partner to top accounting firms, helping them navigate the digital age of acceleration and unlock higher efficiency and revenue for their clients.

You will move beyond transactional services to a holistic platform experience, advising on the Tech Platform Solution stack while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies for mid-to-large size accounts.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and software solutions for small businesses.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding goals.
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 6x per year).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for assigned territory of large US Accounting and Tax firms and their clients through adoption of Intuit's Technology Platform Solutions.
  • Engage accounting firms to understand business needs and clients; prepare, present and implement formal proposal recommendations for the solution tech stack.
  • Make outbound calls to prospect new leads and engage firms to generate new business opportunities.
  • Use executive presentation skills and ROI analysis to demonstrate value propositions and compare to competitors.
  • Identify, navigate and collaborate with key stakeholders to influence buying processes and accelerate sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of Intuit's products and competitor offerings.
  • Grow and manage a sales pipeline and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Navigate complex selling processes while building strong relationships with partners.
  • Track key metrics: quota attainment, pipeline velocity, cycle duration, close rates, and account growth.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry

  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies for mid-to-large size accounts

  • Knowledge of digital technologies and software solutions for small businesses, including accounting solutions like QuickBooks Online

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with demanding goals

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams internally and externally

  • Occasional travel may be required. (up to 6x per year)
