Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concessions Manager for Cleveland Browns Stadium to oversee dining operations and develop menus to meet customer tastes. The role focuses on leading teams, ensuring quality, safety, and delivering strong client service during events.

You will manage daily dining activities, coach staff, maintain P&L targets, and collaborate with the Food Service Director to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport.
