Job summary

Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a full-time security officer for the M&T Bank Stadium Security Operations Center at the Camden Yards Sports Complex. The SOC runs 24/7; candidates must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

You will monitor cameras and alarms, enforce access control, coordinate with staff and law enforcement when needed, and maintain logs and incident reports. The role requires vigilance, integrity, and strong communication in a high-traffic stadium

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of physical security experience.
• Pass background screening and possess a Maryland driver's license.
• Ability to work evenings/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate under stress and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents in real time.
• Enforce access control and conduct visitor screening.
• Maintain incident and shift logs with accurate records.
• Coordinate with on-site security and local authorities as needed.
• Participate in drills and training to improve readiness.
