Job summary

M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore is seeking a Security Officer to operate in the Security Operations Center. The role supports 24/7 security for the facility and visitors, with shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

You will monitor cameras, enforce access, and coordinate responses across teams. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least three years of security experience, plus a valid Maryland driver’s license and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three years of physical security experience within the last five years.
• Must pass background screening and possess a valid Maryland driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras and alarms to detect emergencies or threats.
• Enforce access control, perform visitor screening, and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with on-site staff and authorities as needed.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and equipment maintenance records.
• Assist employees and visitors with security procedures and directions.
• Participate in drills and training to improve emergency response and teamwork.
